Djay 2 for Android using Reloop Mixtour. No sound output or headphone output using both Galaxy Nore 4 (Android 4) and galaxy Tab S 8.4 (Android 5). Can we please get an urgent fix for this as the mixtour is currently useless. Thank you.

I have literally just bought My beatpad and am devasted to find out that it doesnt work properly despite it having the Algoriddim and djay logos embosed on it. I feel like this is totally misleading and that I have been mis sold both the hardware and the app.
