The more times you save a JPEG file, the more likely your image will look fuzzy or pixelated. You may see artifacting (obvious visual anomalies) due to the compression algorithms used to reduce the file size. Reverse the process with this filter and fine-tune it by adjusting the edge of your image with either a high, medium, or low level of blur.
Abstract:This study proposes a novel concept of actuator-driven frame-by-frame intermittent tracking for motion-blur-free video shooting of fast-moving objects. The camera frame and shutter timings are controlled for motion blur reduction in synchronization with a free-vibration-type actuator vibrating with a large amplitude at hundreds of hertz so that motion blur can be significantly reduced in free-viewpoint high-frame-rate video shooting for fast-moving objects by deriving the maximum performance of the actuator. We develop a prototype of a motion-blur-free video shooting system by implementing our frame-by-frame intermittent tracking algorithm on a high-speed video camera system with a resonant mirror vibrating at 750 Hz. It can capture 1024 1024 images of fast-moving objects at 750 fps with an exposure time of 0.33 ms without motion blur. Several experimental results for fast-moving objects verify that our proposed method can reduce image degradation from motion blur without decreasing the camera exposure time. Keywords: high-speed vision; frame-by-frame intermittent tracking; fast-moving-object inspection; image stabilization

Parotidectomy is the partial or complete removal of the parotid gland, and it may be indicated for a variety of reasons that can include inflammatory conditions, certain infectious processes, congenital malformations, and benign or malignant neoplasms. Regardless of the indication for surgery, parotidectomy is a meticulous procedure requiring experienced surgeons, particularly due to the relationship of the gland to the facial nerve. Therefore identification and preservation of the facial nerve are the most crucial steps during the procedure (second only to oncologic safety in the case of known malignancy). Emphasis is on identification because, in the vast majority of cases, preoperative prediction of the relationship of the tumor to the nerve is not possible with much accuracy unless facial paralysis is already present prior to intervention.[1][2][3][4]
By far, the most common indication for parotidectomy is the removal of a neoplasm. In 75% to 80% of cases, these neoplasms are benign and of primary parotid origin. Pleomorphic adenoma and Warthin tumors represent the majority of tumors, with pleomorphic adenoma representing the most common benign parotid tumor. Of malignant tumors, mucoepidermoid and adenoid cystic carcinoma are the two most common primary parotid tumors, in that order. Metastasis from a cutaneous primary represents the most common parotid malignancy in some series, notably in Australia[13]. Chronic parotitis and recurrent sialadenitis can be served with a parotidectomy when medical treatment and sialoendoscopy fail or are unavailable. Other indications include caseating granulomas, toxoplasmosis, branchial cleft cyst, symptomatic lymphoepithelial cyst, or tuberculosis.[14][15][16][17][18]
The drain is left in place until the output is less than 15 to 50 cc in 24 hours. The duration of compressive dressing is variable, and some experts remove it when the drain can be removed; others insist on the importance of a compressive dressing, especially after drain removal.
Enter a value of 0 for any edges where the shadow should be hidden and a negative value (the same as the combined result of the blur radius + spread values - Xpx + Ypx) to any edges where the shadow should be displayed.

The console was first officially announced at E3 2005, and was released at the end of 2006. It was the first console to use Blu-ray Disc technology as its primary storage medium.[13] The console was the first PlayStation to integrate social gaming services, including the PlayStation Network, as well as the first to be controllable from a handheld console, through its remote connectivity with PlayStation Portable and PlayStation Vita.[14][15][16] In September 2009, the Slim model of the PlayStation 3 was released. It no longer provided the hardware ability to run PS2 games. It was lighter and thinner than the original version, and featured a redesigned logo and marketing design, as well as a minor start-up change in software. A Super Slim variation was then released in late 2012, further refining and redesigning the console.
In September 2012 at the Tokyo Game Show, Sony announced that a new, slimmer PS3 redesign (CECH-4000) was due for release in late 2012 and that it would be available with either a 250 GB or 500 GB hard drive. Three versions of the Super Slim model were revealed: one with a 500 GB hard drive, a second with a 250 GB hard drive which was not available in PAL regions, and a third with a 12 GB flash storage that was available in PAL regions, and in Canada. The storage of 12 GB model was upgradable with an official standalone 250 GB hard drive, and a vertical stand was also released for the model. In the United Kingdom, the 500 GB model was released on September 28, 2012; and the 12 GB model was released on October 12, 2012. In the United States, the PS3 Super Slim was first released as a bundled console. The 250 GB model was bundled with the Game of the Year edition of Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception and released on September 25, 2012; and the 500 GB model was bundled with Assassin's Creed III and released on October 30, 2012. In Japan, the black colored Super Slim model was released on October 4, 2012; and the white colored Super Slim model was released on November 22, 2012. The Super Slim model is 20 percent smaller and 25 percent lighter than the Slim model and features a manual sliding disc cover instead of a motorized slot-loading disc cover of the Slim model.[65][66][67][68][69][70] The white colored Super Slim model was released in the United States on January 27, 2013, as part of the Instant Game Collection Bundle.[71] The Garnet Red and Azurite Blue colored models were launched in Japan on February 28, 2013.[72] The Garnet Red version was released in North America on March 12, 2013, as part of the God of War: Ascension bundle with 500 GB storage and contained God of War: Ascension as well as the God of War Saga.[73] The Azurite Blue model was released on October 8, 2013, as a GameStop exclusive with 250 GB storage.[74]
As of March 31, 2012[update], there have been 595 million games sold for PlayStation 3.[91] The best selling PS3 games are Grand Theft Auto V, Gran Turismo 5, The Last of Us, Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception and Uncharted 2: Among Thieves.
In August 2011, Sony, in partnership with DirecTV, added NFL Sunday Ticket.[159] Then in October 2011, Best Buy launched an app for its CinemaNow service.[160] In April 2012, Amazon.com launched an Amazon Video app, accessible to Amazon Prime subscribers (in the US).[161]
The 'OtherOS' functionality was not present in the updated PS Slim models, and the feature was subsequently removed from previous versions of the PS3 as part of the machine's firmware update version 3.21 which was released on April 1, 2010;[169] Sony cited security concerns as the rationale. The firmware update 3.21 was mandatory for access to the PlayStation Network.[170] The removal caused some controversy; as the update removed officially advertised features from already sold products, and gave rise to several class action lawsuits aimed at making Sony return the feature or provide compensation.[171][172]
Follow-up is essential after any form of corneal transplantation. Most patients will need to be seen often in the first few weeks after the surgery to ensure surgical success and monitor for infection. Routine follow-up visits are essential for evaluation of transplant health, wound healing, and visual recovery including removal of sutures minimizing astigmatism. PKP, DSEK, and DMEK transplants have the potential for rejection, just as with any organ transplant. Rejection of the corneal transplant can occur at any point after surgery. Follow-up is essential in order to prevent and treat rejection if seen. Follow-up is also necessary to monitor for glaucoma, a possible side effect of long term steroid drops used to prevent rejection. Glaucoma can cause permanent vision loss in some transplant patients.
Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 (abbreviated to PES 2012) is the eleventh edition in the Pro Evolution Soccer series developed and published by Konami with production assistance from the Blue Sky Team. Like previous versions of the game, it will be exclusively licensed by UEFA to contain the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Super Cup competitions along with a license from CONMEBOL to feature the Copa Santander Libertadores.
PES 2012's gameplay is primarily a refinement of PES 2011, with fewer big changes than the previous iteration but many smaller improvements and changes in areas such as artificial intelligence, speed, animation, and physics. Among the new features is the Teammate Control system, where a secondary player may be controlled, either during play, or at a set piece or throw-in. This allows players to be placed precisely, make runs, and shake off markers before calling for the ball. Manual and assisted versions of the feature are available for varying degrees of difficulty and control. 2ff7e9595c
