For example, UN Assistant Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs Ursula Müller reported on May 28 that the UN had recorded twenty-five separate attacks on a total of twenty-two medical facilities in the first month of fighting.37 Mohamad Katoub, a Turkey-based official with SAMS, gave the same numbers and offered a detailed list of locations and dates.38 The Syrian Network for Human Rights, an opposition-linked monitoring group, offered a slightly higher figure: twenty-nine separate attacks on a total of twenty-four health care facilities.39

Oghma much preferred quiet conversations with travelers and sages to combat.[11] He loved collecting and maintaining knowledge, spending half his time traveling to learn new things. He particularly sought to learn secrets,[6] and was also interested in the classification and definition of things.[32] He valued all knowledge, as well as all innovation, inspiration, and discovery, and truth no matter what form it took, and he accepted all who pursued such things.[35]

However, it was his role to decide what place each idea and invention had to have in the world.[35] Oghma passed judgement on each and every new idea and innovation, determining if it should be released to the world or if it should remain with the one who formed it.[8][9][10][11][12] Thus, he was widely viewed as the source of creativity and inspiration.[11] He was quite protective of this duty[13] and of the body of knowledge that was in the world.[11]

One Hamma Hamma was known to be assigned to Mashymre Cello's Endra-class cruiser, which was tasked with recruiting new allies among the citizens of Side 1's Shangri-La colony and destroying the AEUG's sole remaining battleship, the Argama. Although Mashymre failed in his mission, the Hamma Hamma was able to inflict heavy damage onto AEUG's MSZ-006 Zeta Gundam, destroying its head. The Zeta Gundam was then piloted by an inexperienced Judau Ashta, who was also battling against AMX-104 R-Jarja at the same time. Eventually, the Hamma Hamma was forced to retreat when the more powerful MSZ-010 ΖΖ Gundam arrived to assist the Zeta Gundam. The Hamma Hamma never passed the prototype stage. However, the Quasi-Psycommu technology was later perfected and incorporated into the mass-produced AMX-014 Döven Wolf. It also served as the inspiration for The Sleeves' YAMS-132 Rozen Zulu in U.C. 0096. 2ff7e9595c
